    Hi Krissy!

    Could you please specify are you MacOS or Windows user?

    Please try to re-install Photolemur and try to activate it again.

    If you use Windows follow these instructions to re-install Photolemur:

    To delete Photolemur, please click on ‘Start’ menu > Settings > Apps. Under ‘Apps & features’ please locate Photolemur and click ‘Uninstall'.

    Then, please restart your PC and download Photolemur one more time using the link below:


    If you use MacOS please follow these instructions to re-install the app:

    1. Remove Photolemur

    2. Empty Trash

    3. Restart Mac

    4. Reinstall it by following this link:

    i have done that as requested by PL a few times. It downloads. i type in my activation key code and email and push activate and nothing happens.
